All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unopened, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
To request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject line: “Refund Request”

- If your return is approved, we will assign you a Return Tracking Number

Unopened bottles may be returned for a full refund (minus what we spent on shipping) within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been used, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. All items must be in their original condition and sealed.
Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased from other retailers or websites must be returned to the respective retailer.
Duties & Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Nutrive Naturals LLC encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Nutrive Naturals LLC at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
